Key Responsibilities Sales Growth and Customer Acquisition: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for oil-free equipment, air treatment, and associated aftermarket products in the designated Southwest region. New Product Launch Support: Fully support the launch of new oil-free products to the market, ensuring successful adoption and customer acceptance. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of customer service, striving to meet or exceed customer expectations through timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and needs assessment. Sales Reporting and Administration: Prepare all sales and activity reports, presentations, studies, and research as requested, ensuring accurate and timely submission. Territory Management: Manage and maintain a thorough understanding of the Southwest region, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Technical Expertise: Experience with rotating equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and technical prowess. Experience in compressed air equipment or rotating equipment is highly desirable. Customer-Focused Attitude: A positive, customer-centric attitude and successful interaction in a dynamic team environment. MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Time Management and Organization: Proven time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: SAP and CRM Experience: Experience with SAP and CRM tools, which will enable you to effectively manage customer relationships and sales data.
