You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Your primary objective will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition. **Key Responsibilities** • Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner. • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget. • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations. • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet. • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly. • Collaborate with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dealership experience. **Essential Qualifications** • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with varying hours between 8:30am and 7pm, depending on business needs. • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales quotas. • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing percentages. • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle sales and customer service principles. • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management. **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales quotas. • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing percentages. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
