Our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning has earned us a reputation as a leader in our industry. **Key Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Recruitment & Onboarding * Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. * Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively and ensuring a positive first impression. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs that meet the needs of new employees. ### Employee Relations * Serve as a point of contact for call center employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and promote a positive work environment. * Support employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities, to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. ### HR Administration * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and personal information, to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. * Process HR paperwork, including contracts, changes in employment status, and terminations, in a timely and efficient manner. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures that meet the needs of the organization. ### Training & Development * Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs for call center staff, including workshops, webinars, and online courses, to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Track and report on employee training and development progress, providing insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of training programs. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and support employee growth and development. ### Compliance & Reporting * Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Prepare and maintain HR reports related to staffing, turnover, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective compliance strategies and procedures that meet the needs of the organization. ### Support & Coordination * Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development. * Coordinate with call center management to address staffing needs and operational requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams. * Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. * Technical proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary: Receive a competitive compensation package reflective of your experience and expertise. * Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health insurance plans, including dental and vision coverage.
