Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Onsite Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join its team in Louisville, USA. As a key member of the Veterinary Assistance group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pet-parent clients and handling prescription endorsements for veterinary pharmacy orders. Key Responsibilities Connect directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription endorsements, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot to determine suitable solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up as needed to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to customers and partners alike Communicate with veterinary clinics via phone (and occasionally other channels as needed) using our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record center note accounts Expect a significant portion of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary clinic/client phone contacts Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and demonstrate attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable Critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to change according to the business needs of the organization Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed by the specialty unit Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of veterinary pharmacy operations and procedures Experience with data entry and order processing software Ability to speak multiple languages Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
