Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to our Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (SVP & CRO), providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of the Worth CRO initiative team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-impacting initiatives, provide analysis and routine updates to senior leadership teams, and drive results-oriented projects and events that enhance the culture and operations of our business. Key Responsibilities Possessing explicit projects on behalf of the SVP & CRO, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results-driven initiatives. Collaborating across associations and specialty units to develop and implement proposals that drive business growth and revenue expansion. Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the SVP & CRO, providing expert guidance and support to drive business success. Participating in key meetings related to or on behalf of the SVP & CRO, providing directional insight and collaborating with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization to drive initiatives. Managing the day-to-day operations for the office of the SVP & CRO, regulating and coordinating movements of all kinds, acting as a contact with direct and indirect reports, and gatekeeping to prioritize data needs and stream. Managing the project portfolio for the organization, ensuring effective project management and delivery of results-driven initiatives. Fostering openness between the SVP & CRO and their teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Building positive client relationships during projects, assessing the needs of the organization, identifying client requirements, and developing strong actions that improve the culture and operations of the business through more effective projects and events. Working with cross-functional teams to deliver business-impacting initiatives, providing analysis and routine updates to senior leadership teams. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or at least four years of work experience. At least six years of relevant work experience, including leadership experience. Sales, operations, marketing, or business analysis experience. Experience managing large complex projects, including multiple work streams and stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree (preferably in project management). Certification in PMP and/or MSP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with presentations. Ability to motivate and influence teams to deliver results and outcomes. Experience working alongside senior leaders.
