The first seven weeks of training require you to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM Pacific Time - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. **Location** arenaflex offers a flexible workplace, and this is a remote position for candidates in the United States aside from Georgia & Florida unless you hold an active Property & Casualty license. **Requirements** * 1+ years' required experience working an overnight shift * 2+ years' experience in a member-facing role * Experience using and learning complex computer systems * Work from home experience is a plus! * Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus! * Property and Casualty licensing: There is a $1500 sign-on bonus for currently licensed candidates. You must be able to connect to the internet through hard-wire Ethernet. **Compensation** * The base pay for this position is $24.50/hour on a full-time schedule. Along with the hourly pay, arenaflex employees may be eligible for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance. * arenaflex may also provide Restricted Stock Units, which vest over 4 years * We want all employees to be invested in arenaflex's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members.
