As a Parking Enforcement Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Workplace Transportation team, working closely with our Parking and Valet Program Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our employees and customers. Key Responsibilities Monitor and Enforce Parking Policies : Regularly patrol Tesla facilities to identify and address parking infractions, including unauthorized parking, parking in restricted areas, and vehicle blocking. Make Informed Decisions : Use your judgment to make decisions regarding parking enforcement, communicating effectively with Tesla employees, and escalating issues to management as needed. Respond to Inquiries and Concerns : Address professional inquiries and concerns related to parking, valet services, and electric vehicle charging, providing excellent customer service and support. Provide Notifications and Alerts : Issue parking notifications and alerts to employees through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work effectively with various Tesla teams, including facilities, operations, and management, to ensure a cohesive and efficient parking experience. Maintain Accurate Records : Keep detailed records of parking enforcement activities, including citations, tow-away notices, and other relevant data, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. Ensure Compliance with Tesla's Parking Procedures : Stay up-to-date with Tesla's parking procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in parking enforcement activities. Maintain Equipment and Tools : Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of parking enforcement equipment and tools, including citation printers and tow-away equipment. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 3+ Years of Driving Experience : A minimum of 3 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to Work Independently : The ability to work independently, making sound judgments and decisions in a dynamic environment. High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong educational background in a related field an asset.
