Job Summary As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and generating leads for our dealer clients. This is a part-time position that requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns. Provide accurate information about products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required. Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a quick-paced work environment. Positive and professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other technology platforms is a plus.
