Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries. Provide accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments, efficiently managing customer requests and preferences. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable customer data. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing insightful and actionable feedback to our clients. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to training the right candidate. Basic internet and window-based computer skills; proficiency in using technology and navigating online platforms. Positive and professional demeanor; a friendly and approachable attitude that shines through in online interactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment; flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to multitask; experience with gaming or other fast-paced environments is helpful. Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management; knowledge of CRM software and tools. Work Schedule and Requirements As a part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be required to: Work from home in a remote setting; must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT. Work five days a week, including a Saturday OR Sunday.
