Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, resolving issues efficiently, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Your strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to identify and resolve customer issues promptly, while also explaining contract details, managing existing customer relationships, and processing payments and payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, directing them to the proper departments as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve issues efficiently Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their agreements Manage existing customer relationships, providing peace of mind and worry-free experiences for our customers Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts and ensure timely payments Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers, using camera technology for training, team meetings, and meetings with management Key to Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. You should be comfortable working with other employees, have general computer and typing skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
