Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments as needed Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary Help explain contract details to customers and provide clear and concise information Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts Collaborate with management and co-workers in a visible and interactive manner, utilizing camera technology for training, team meetings, and meetings with management Key to Success: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
