Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will help solve problems, answer questions, and provide information in a professional and courteous manner. This is an ongoing temporary position where the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hours/week during peak times, and you will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues. Research and resolve customer complaints regarding employee benefits and process documents as needed. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong typing and basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll, with a basic understanding of related concepts and terminology. Call center experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
