Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 flexible days a week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a moderate call volume of 15-25 calls per day, with an average call length of 6 minutes. You will provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. In addition to handling incoming calls, you will be responsible for scheduling crew members, responding to guest reviews, checking and responding to emails, and monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and support. Troubleshoot any issues and escalate concerns when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and exceeding their expectations. Administrative Tasks Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed. Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed. Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members. Respond to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times, and providing valuable feedback to improve our services. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. Proficient in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with excellent technical skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or scheduling, preferably in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools. Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent self-motivation and discipline.
