Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. As a key member of our retail environment and administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our regional office team. Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and orderly upkeep of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area. Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls. Logging service inquiries, documenting information relevant to the contact, and scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members. Conducting initial research of service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling. Making deliveries to postal services. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person. * Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment. Essential Skills and Abilities * Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a retail environment or customer-facing role. * Knowledge of health insurance or related industry. * Certification in customer service or a related field.
