About the Job The Benefit Development and Backing team at arenaflex provides demonstrating and high-level insightful support as part of the Choice Help Group. As a Choice Help Investigator, you will be responsible for liaising with other key capabilities, including Sales, Field Operations, Benefit Development Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing. Your primary focus will be on supporting activities such as client transfer spend and investment, business arrangements, supply chain, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital. Key Responsibilities Pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives with an emphasis on assisting the business in making the most informed decisions. Investigate the performance of different pilot drives while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). Maintain and update required tools based on business requirements, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions. Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data that is analyzed to identify gaps or opportunities the project needs to consider or address. Support the design and development of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets based on the various levers from top line to bottom line with continued improvement of significant value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and design executive summaries. Any other related and assigned responsibilities. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or estimating. Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred. Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLookups with modeling capabilities. Strong data education. Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). Excellent written and verbal skills. Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement. Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements, the ideal candidate will possess: Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool. Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. Knowledge of SharePoint. Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes. Project management or service experience.
