Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for assisting both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts when needed.
