Job Overview In this role, you will be working remotely and participating in different projects with multicultural teams. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. You will also be expected to propose new alternatives to identify candidates, identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, manage job portals, and analyze professional profiles for different searches. Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the current recruitment process. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and suggest innovative solutions. Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on achieving common goals. Marked attention to detail in daily work, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 1+ previous work experience in a related field (is a plus), with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and principles. Advanced English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field. Knowledge of job portals and recruitment software. Experience working in a multicultural and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
