About the Role We are on the hunt for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representatives. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we will support you every step of the way in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing support and recommendations as necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service. High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in oral and written communication skills. Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems. Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Availability to work various shifts, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. 6 months of call center experience, preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Work from Home Requirements To work from home successfully, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms, ensuring a stable and reliable connection. Proof of internet speed required, with a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
