As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues. * **Assist Policy Holders**: Support policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide recommendations and adjustments as necessary. * **Provide Support**: Assist policy holders with any policy changes requested and support their needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
