Job Overview The Product Manager - Customer Loyalty will be responsible for delivering business value by driving product changes, working closely with cross-functional teams, and supporting in-depth business reviews. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer and associate needs, both existing and potential, and will use this knowledge to deliver enterprise products that provide unparalleled shopping experiences. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel requirements. Key Responsibilities The Product Manager - Customer Loyalty will be responsible for the following key areas: Strategy & Planning (40%) : Gain a thorough understanding of customer and associate needs, translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy, and communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners. Delivery & Execution (30%) : Ensure product alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities, document and review quality and change control standards, formulate and test assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing, and create, prioritize, and accept user stories. People (30%) : Foster collaboration with team members, act as a proponent of modern software development practices, advocate for the end-user and stakeholder, and manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy.
