As a key member of our Customer Experience & Engagement team, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention, improving product adoption, and fostering a loyal community of blithequark customers. **A Day in the Life** As an Experienced Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support our goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement. Your day will be filled with opportunities to impact our customers and drive retention through: * Reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points and areas for improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science, to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention * Developing and executing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention * Testing, tracking, and measuring the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement * Presenting campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve blithequark's approach **The Team** Our Customer Experience & Engagement team is a dynamic group of marketing, product, creative, and analytical experts united by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
