You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance our processes, reduce costs, and improve compliance. Your role will be critical in driving our company's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing our operations, and improving consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based to discussions of varying audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is a plus. * Ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is a plus. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is a plus. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is a plus. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in a related field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration. * Experience with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience with data management and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, or SQL Server. * Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or QlikView. * Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks. **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote data entry professional, you will have the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the success of arenaflex.
