You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and performance metrics, creating and presenting reports, and making recommendations for process improvements. Your expertise will help us to maintain our competitive edge, modernize our operations, and improve compliance, ultimately benefiting our customers and stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities * Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * Performing other work duties as directed by Group Leader **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to create engaging presentations * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour * Opportunity to work remotely with flexible scheduling * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (subject to assessments and expenses on international travel) * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support your work * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a strong focus on employee growth and development * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
