Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly. **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This role requires working in a fast-paced airport environment, with frequent exposure to harsh weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. You'll be required to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with occasional exposure to loud noises and vibrations.
