Join Our Team as a Recruiting Coordinator - United States (Remote) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts by providing administrative assistance, coordinating logistics, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the following key tasks: Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas. Handle last-minute scheduling changes. Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars. Produce and submit reports on general TA activity. Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings. Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System. Coordinate candidate travel. Perform other duties as assigned. Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. High computer literacy. Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. An attentive listener. The ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation. HR competence. An understanding, empathetic, and relatable approach. Professional integrity and a sense of responsibility and accountability. Desired Qualifications We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of general office experience. The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $60,000, depending on your job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
