Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract to Hire
JOB SUMMARY We are growing quickly and are looking for a mid-level Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time (with the opportunity to grow into full-time) and focuses on supporting the recruiting process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles nationwide, while assisting our Recruiters, Leadership, and Admin teams. In this role, you will support client searches by assisting with intake calls, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and preparing candidate submissions. You will review 100+ resumes per day and proactively reach out to 30–50+ qualified professionals daily, helping maintain a strong pipeline of vetted candidates for our recruiting partners. This position is ideal for someone with solid sourcing experience who is looking to deepen their talent acquisition skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and grow within a collaborative, values-driven recruiting firm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities - Partner closely with recruiters following client intake meetings to understand hiring needs - Source high volumes of qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools - Use Boolean search strings and keyword strategies to identify top talent - Evaluate candidate fit based on client requirements - Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review - Communicate sourcing challenges and pipeline insights proactively - Provide weekly progress updates to recruiters and leadership - Attend two weekly team check-ins Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities - Conduct 1:1 client discovery and intake calls - Draft and refine job descriptions based on client needs - Source and interview candidates - Prepare candidate submissions and written summaries for clients - Provide weekly client updates and pipeline reporting QUALIFICATIONS - Superior sourcing skills, a minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience – finding qualified candidates using keywords and - Boolean search strings - Has strong experience working as an administrative staff - Has strong experience with LinkedIn and Indeed - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - High degree of professionalism and polish with written candidate communication - Experienced in using Microsoft Offices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Tech-savvy Apply tot his job
