Job Overview We're seeking an experienced and skilled Admin/Clerical Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer property returns, managing repairs, and providing exceptional support to our customers, repair technicians, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Interface with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns and repairs Manage repairs from customer request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing Request and enter required information to execute repairs, following established processes and procedures Prioritize repairs with repair technicians to meet schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs) Lead problem-resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds Complete repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing Support activities that meet KPIs, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity Run reports, review datasets, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery Participate in and lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals Support other roles or tasks as requested by management Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience in a related field, or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, administration, or a related field Knowledge of repair processes, logistics, and manufacturing Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics Experience with process improvement and lean principles Certifications or training in customer service, administration, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: Excellent customer service skills, with ability to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
