Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Customer Service Representative and Sales Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing extraordinary experiences to our existing customers, promoting and selling our mortgage refinancing and home buying/selling services, and assisting with payments or changes on accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer experiences to a diverse range of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Effectively promote and sell our mortgage refinancing and home buying/selling services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Overcome customer reluctance and objections, using persuasive communication skills to drive sales and revenue growth Read and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with strong typing and navigation skills Sit for long periods, navigating multiple computer systems and meeting self-set sales goals Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
