Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (40-50 callers per day) Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with callers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Multitask effectively, listening to callers, viewing multiple windows, and accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and continuously improve your skills and performance Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring that technical problems do not disrupt your work or impact your ability to provide exceptional customer service Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles. You should also be able to work independently, managing your time effectively, and prioritizing tasks to achieve your goals. Requirements Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period A competitive salary range, starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses, and total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are dedicated to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
