Job Overview This part-time position, based at the Associate level, requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients through live chat support. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security.
