About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from our clients' customers, providing comprehensive support and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated remote working space and a reliable internet connection. Our ideal candidate is someone who is technically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with product usage Provide medium to light tech support to assist customers with password resets, locating purchased items, or other technical issues Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests Identify system improvements based on knowledge of system issues and provide feedback to the team Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment, with a separate office space setup and no background noise Technical savviness to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment A strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile" Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack, or other similar software is beneficial but not required Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus System Requirements: Dedicated remote working space with no background noise Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection and no less than 10mbps internet download speeds A compatible hotspot should internet outages occur What We Offer At arenaflex, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment The flexibility to work from home, with a dedicated remote working space and a reliable internet connection Our Culture and Values At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on our strong company culture and values.
