Key Responsibilities: Participate in monthly virtual meetings to contribute to the development of blithequark's mission and culture Collaborate with clients to create personalized travel itineraries, ensuring their needs and preferences are met Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner Manage payments, send payment reminders, and handle flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details Correspond with clients regarding their preferences, arrange surprises, and notify hotels of special requests Prepare client documents, travel tips, and advise on necessary preparations for departure Assist with internal coordination, distribute necessary information, and maintain accurate client profiles and bookings Provide backup travel support or serve as the main point of contact during emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to exceptional service Continuously develop and implement tools to enhance blithequark's remote workplace culture, promoting collaboration and efficiency What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a driven self-starter with a proactive, positive, and trustworthy approach.
