About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to serve as a member of our team, including participating in monthly virtual calls and meetings. Key Responsibilities Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement, living out our culture and promoting a positive and professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks and that each client is surprised and delighted by our service Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes and seat assignments, as well as concierge-related details such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what should be printed and providing essential information to ensure a smooth travel experience Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and communication among team members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy. You should possess attributes such as flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and be action-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
