Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through chat and email channels. You will assist customers with their orders, refunds, and returns, respond to inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, and troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter on our website. As a key member of our reseller team, you will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of up to $27 depending on experience.
