As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, documenting and updating customer records, and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings Implement creative problem-solving skills to increase customer retention and resolve issues efficiently Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements Preferred Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment Experience supporting brand products and services, with a strong understanding of consumer needs and preferences A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills A minimum high school diploma, with college preferred Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a strong knowledge of industry trends and developments Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. Home Environment and Work Space Requirements To ensure your success as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will need to have a dedicated home office workspace that meets the following requirements: A separate room with its own door, providing a quiet and private work environment Adequate space to set up your workstation, with a comfortable and ergonomic chair and desk Ability to hardwire internet (plug directly into your router), with a reliable and fast connection Three power connections (either three outlets or a power strip), with one for each monitor and one for the PC tower A safe and distraction-free work environment, with minimal background noise and personal disruptions Important Notes: Please note that as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It is essential to understand that this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours. You will need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment.
