Key Responsibilities Provide support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers who call in, ensuring prompt and effective assistance. Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner. Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in the area and providing timely solutions. Input relevant call information into our system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types as needed. Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require additional assistance, ensuring seamless communication and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Ability to move quickly, fix problems, and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues. Work-from-home experience preferred, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. History of great attendance, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to your role.
