Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
