Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Representative Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive. Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries, utilizing your knowledge of healthcare services and our client's specific needs. Accurately documenting call details, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly recorded and updated in our systems. Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with customers, providing clear and professional articulation of our services and solutions. Previous healthcare experience is a plus, although not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years or older. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service. Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days. Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Have a secure, private work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions. Have flexible availability, including weekends, to ensure that we can provide 24/7 support to our clients and their members. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare services and terminology. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
