About the Role In this remote Customer Service Representative position, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Indiana, providing top-notch customer service via inbound and outbound conversations over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Automotive knowledge is not required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is a must! Key Responsibilities Provide fantastic customer service via inbound and outbound conversations over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels Use your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls and contacts Offer timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Skills for Success To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate a computer and the web with ease. You'll also need to have typing skills of at least 25 words per minute, and be available to work shifts within our call center's hours of operation. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers) Available to work shifts within our call center's hours of operation: Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive Indiana resident, with high-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline Secluded and distraction-free work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of the automotive industry (not required, but a plus!)
