Customer Support (20%) : Deliver consultative customer care and a seamless sales experience, utilizing proven sales strategies to close deals and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for handling sales requests, setting appointments, and ensuring that customers are prepared for the next stages of the installation process. THD Process and Strategy (20%) : Identify and address customer, service provider, and arenaflex partner issues promptly, ensuring that any concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have a strong foundation in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
