About the Role: Customer Care Professional We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products and services Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of our services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Customer care experience (2 years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
