Job Overview In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, ensuring the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences. As a product manager, you will define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, guaranteeing that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences Define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center Ensure that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and character Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital character, customer analysis, data security, and protection, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation Collaborate with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analysis arrangements with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area 7 years of experience in product management, or 9 years of experience in a related area Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open products and services that observe arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting an inclusive culture Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong product management skills, with the ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in customer digital character, customer analysis, data security, and protection Ability to stay up-to-date with changing business needs and priorities, and adapt to new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
