Job Summary The Remote Data Entry Clerk will be the primary point of contact for price change related issues and questions, serving as a liaison between merchants and stores. As a MIO Representative, you will be responsible for high-volume data entry and validation for POS and offline processes, supporting specific business divisions in General Merchandise. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, taking initiative to resolve issues promptly. Comprehend complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, making adjustments as necessary. Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems. Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POS for invoice submission, resolving any issues that may arise. Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Assist with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing support to the team as needed. Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software. Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
