Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of packaging for arenaflex's owned brands, exclusive organizations, and travel packaging. Your expertise will drive sales and grow brand love through packaging that is visitor-driven, on-brand, competitive, and category-relevant. Key Responsibilities Build fundamental information requirements, classification structures, and technical specifications to support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across all owned brand organizations. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including obtaining, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant information requirements and flexible guidelines that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Develop and administer change management processes to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner teams. Create, maintain, and execute innovative training and communication strategies to drive comprehensive understanding of standards, specifications, and data accuracy best practices. Evaluate information requirements, standards, and specifications to advance safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with industry standards, promote good engineering practices, are consistent with risk tolerance assumptions, and maintain a leadership position in the industry. Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging information requirements, standards, and specifications. Collaborate with internal and external regulatory and compliance experts to identify impacts on current information requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for process improvements. Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around stated objective development, compliance, and data accuracy best practice requirements and expectations. Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in collaboration with technology teams, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent. Investigate industry trends and assess arenaflex's corresponding data and standards practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the relevant audience for change and compliance. Provide leadership and guidance to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in team results. Develop and maintain a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviors consistent with arenaflex's values of Inclusivity, Association, and Drive; ensuring ongoing, effective communications to the team, and supporting individualized development by offering regular performance feedback, coaching, recognition, and assessment. Perform other duties as assigned.
