Key Responsibilities Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required, to ensure the timely and accurate completion of project deliverables. Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform, collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system. Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive user experience. Work flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables and meet the needs of our clients. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications: Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, to ensure the efficient completion of data entry tasks. Language Skills: Strong command of English, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish being advantageous, to support our diverse client base and ensure effective communication. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies, to support the successful completion of project deliverables.
