Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that address customer needs and concerns. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services, leveraging your knowledge to offer solutions and support to customers. Narrow down on appointment information to successfully schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Capture customer contact information for lead generation purposes, ensuring our clients have the insights they need to follow up and convert leads into sales. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable feedback that helps in improving our services and client relationships. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of customer service experience, technical skills, and a positive, professional demeanor. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask. Essential qualifications include: Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous gaming experience can be beneficial due to the fast-paced and interactive nature of the role. Requirements for Success To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be able to meet the following requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and represent blithequark professionally. Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service under pressure. Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility in scheduling after the completion of the initial training period. Able to attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 10AM - 6:30PM CST. This training is crucial for your success and will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on performance and business needs. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred for this fast-paced, chat-based role.
