About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our cloud application development and customer success team, you will play a vital role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping to outline the possible future of relationships of all sizes using technology to engage with customers, employees, and partners. In this role, you will focus on conversational AI and contact center applications, enabling clients, colleagues, and field teams with AI/ML projects on blithequark Cloud, organizing specific parts, and issue-solving potential roadblocks. Key Responsibilities Assist potential clients and partners with understanding the power of blithequark Cloud, explaining specific features, assisting clients with planning strategies, and issue-solving any reasonable roadblocks. Influence the strategy for blithequark Cloud AI/ML by pushing for large business client requirements and essentials. Demonstrate the business value of blithequark Cloud AI/ML solutions that meet, improve, and update for our enterprise clients. Meet with clients to facilitate business transformation, achievement plans, and outline an essential diagram as the foundation for development to explore Cloud. Travel up to 40% of the time to client complaints and events subject to the situation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A long-term postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related specific field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of affiliation building or utilizing computer-based intelligence strategies and making applications using AI plans and techniques. Experience in delivering specific presentations. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are preferred: Experience with contact center types of progress and stages and building conversational applications. Experience with building and using artificial intelligence (e.g., ML designs, huge learning, custom ML). Experience in coding using either Java, C++, or Python. Experience with Document and Picture artificial intelligence.
