Verify the accuracy of travel data entered, cross-referencing information from various sources such as booking confirmations, travel documents, and customer communications. Conduct quality checks on travel data entries to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information and take corrective actions as needed. Regularly review and update existing travel data records, identifying outdated or redundant information and maintaining organized and up-to-date databases. Assist in generating reports, summaries, and analysis based on the entered travel data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and improve travel services. Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to travel data entry processes, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with blithequark standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices. Provide general administrative support to team members in the travel department, including filing, scanning, copying, and other tasks as needed to maintain an efficient and organized office environment.
