Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Document and track contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex policy, and procedure, as well as knowledge of resources to comply with any regulatory requirements Build a trusting and caring relationship with customers, taking ownership to understand their needs and expectations Provide customer-related information to answer unasked questions, such as additional plan details, benefit plan details, customer self-service tools, and more Explain customer rights and certain limitations as per contract Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have experience in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center or retail store. You should be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion, with excellent oral and written communication skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is also acceptable.
