Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of our databases. Organize and maintain confidential files and records, both physical and digital, in a secure and efficient manner. Support various departments with data-related tasks and queries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and systems, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation. Perform other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Work Schedule and Training This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must be available for core hours between 9 AM - 5 PM EST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team. arenaflex provides comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your role, including training on our databases, software, and systems. Equipment and Reporting arenaflex provides a company-provided computer and software, ensuring you have the necessary tools to perform your job duties efficiently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will report directly to the Data Manager, who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you grow and develop in your role. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, showcasing your ability to accurately and efficiently enter and update data. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a remote work environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring a productive and distraction-free work environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related field.
